VaultPulls Seller Regulations for Mystery Packs (Oripa)

To ensure fairness, transparency, and buyer trust on the platform, all sellers creating, listing, and selling mystery packs on VaultPulls must strictly adhere to the following regulations. Violations may result in account suspension, permanent ban, or legal action.

1. Authenticity and Quality Requirements

  • All trading cards, sports cards, sealed boxes, and other items in mystery packs must be 100% authentic.
  • Any counterfeit, reprint, altered, or fake items are strictly prohibited.
  • Graded cards must come from recognized grading companies (e.g., PSA, BGS, CGC) and match their stated condition.
  • Item condition must match the description provided during submission. If discrepancies are found during VaultPulls vaulting verification, items will be returned and the seller may face penalties.

2. Vaulting Requirement

  • All items used in mystery packs must be vaulted inside VaultPulls headquarters vault for secure storage before listing.
  • Sellers are responsible for shipping costs and safe delivery, with proper packaging and detailed inventory list.
  • The platform reserves final verification rights. Fake or non-matching items will be rejected from vaulting, and the seller may be permanently banned.

3. Mystery Pack Composition and Disclosure

  • When creating a mystery pack, sellers must fully disclose the possible item pool on the listing page, including a complete list of potential cards/boxes.
  • Overall pack value should be reasonable: the total pool value should be at least equal to or greater than the pack price to ensure fairness and excitement.
  • Misleading titles or descriptions are prohibited (e.g., implying "guaranteed hits" without actual guarantees or exaggerating potential pulls).

4. Prohibited Practices

  • "Padding" packs with large quantities of low-value or undesirable items to reduce average value is strictly forbidden.
  • Randomization must be genuine and fair; the platform monitors live rips and prohibits any manipulation or predetermined outcomes.
  • Hiding damage, alterations, or non-factory-sealed conditions is not allowed.
  • Brushing orders, self-buying, or any manipulation of sales volume/ratings is prohibited.
  • Selling illegal items (e.g., copyrighted violations or prohibited goods) is forbidden.

5. Pricing and Sales Rules

  • Mystery pack pricing must be reasonable and transparent, with no malicious overpricing or predatory undercutting.
  • Sellers must comply with VaultPulls fee structure (transparent low fees + volume bonuses) and cannot conduct private/off-platform transactions.
  • All sales revenue is processed through the platform; sellers must provide valid payout information.

6. Ripping and Shipping

  • After a buyer rips a pack, the platform handles retrieval from the vault and secure, fast shipping (with tracking and insurance).
  • Sellers do not handle shipping themselves but must ensure accurate item submission lists.

7. Oripa Lifecycle Management

  • Expiration Policy: Every mystery pack (Oripa) has a 90-day expiration date from the date of listing to ensure prizes remain current and updated. Ten (10) days before expiration, VaultPulls will send a notification to the seller reminding them to visit our office to update or withdraw the Oripa. Any expired Oripa will be automatically removed from the platform, and remaining prizes will be handled by VaultPulls.
  • Withdrawal Policy: If a seller wishes to withdraw or pause an active Oripa pool, a 30-minute grace period will be applied, during which buyers may still purchase any remaining packs to ensure fairness. After the grace period, the Oripa will be delisted.
  • Pause and Prize Update Policy: If an Oripa is paused due to prize changes, the seller must resubmit the updated prizes to VaultPulls headquarters for re-verification and vaulting before the pack can be resumed or relisted.

8. Legal Compliance and Platform Rights

  • Sellers must comply with local and international laws (including taxes, export controls, and consumer protection).
  • VaultPulls reserves the right to modify regulations, audit packs, suspend listings, or terminate seller accounts at any time.
  • Serious violations (e.g., selling counterfeits) will be reported to authorities and may result in legal pursuit.

Adhering to these regulations protects buyers while helping your mystery packs gain popularity, higher sales, and access to platform promotions (e.g., zero fees for the first 30 days for new sellers + free featured drop slots).
