Terms of Service for VaultPulls

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to VaultPulls (the "Platform"), an online platform offering mystery packs containing random items (physical or digital, as specified). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform, including any purchases of mystery packs ("Packs").

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, or by purchasing any Pack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Platform is operated by VaultPulls Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting changes on the Platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform or make purchases. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Certain Packs may have additional age restrictions due to content.

3. Account Registration

To purchase Packs, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, including violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Description of Services

VaultPulls offers Packs for purchase, each containing random items selected from a predefined pool. The contents are revealed only after purchase.

Packs are sold as an entertainment experience. The value lies in the surprise and excitement; each Pack guarantees at least one item, but there is no guaranteed minimum value exceeding the purchase price.

• No Guarantees: Contents are random. We do not guarantee specific items or satisfaction with contents.
• Odds Disclosure: Probabilities for rarer items are clearly displayed on the Platform prior to purchase. These are accurate and based on the available pool.

Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Packs are e-commerce transactions for randomized entertainment products and are not gambling under Hong Kong law.

5. Purchases and Payments

• Prices are as displayed on the Platform and include applicable taxes or fees.
• Payments are processed via trusted third-party providers (e.g., Airwallex, PayPal, or local Hong Kong options). You authorize charges for purchases.
• All sales are final. Refunds are provided only where required by law (e.g., non-delivery) or at our discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, with refund if charged.

We comply with the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) and prohibit any false or misleading descriptions.

6. Shipping and Delivery (Physical Packs)

• Shipping times are estimates. We are not liable for delays by carriers.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Customs duties and import taxes (for international orders) are your responsibility.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the random and reveal-upon-purchase nature of Packs:

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges for opened/revealed Packs.
• Unopened physical Packs may qualify for return under applicable consumer protection laws.
• Defective or damaged items: Contact support for review on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds, if issued, will be to the original payment method.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal purposes or in violation of Hong Kong laws.
• Attempt to manipulate randomness, odds, or Platform systems.
• Resell Packs or contents in violation of these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent activity or unfair practices.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (text, graphics, logos, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited license to use the Platform for personal purposes only.

Ownership of items in Packs transfers upon delivery/reveal, subject to any third-party rights.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM AND PACKS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW.

We are not liable for:

• Random outcomes or dissatisfaction with contents.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages.
• Losses from use or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Pack, subject to applicable laws.

Some limitations may not apply where prohibited by Hong Kong consumer protection laws.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice, for any reason.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong. We encourage informal resolution first via support@vault-pulls.com.

14. Miscellaneous

• Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect others.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce does not waive rights.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement.
• Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under Hong Kong law.
